The Silver Sand Dollar recently joined our portfolio this summer and is now accepting Fall reservations. Positioned in the Lake District of Watercolor, you will enjoy scenic views of the beautiful nature preserve throughout your stay.
This residence, located at 88 Bluejack Street, offers spacious porches and balconies throughout the home to relax and renew during your vacation. You will be greeted with an open floor plan when your enter the home. The living room flows nicely into the dining and kitchen space so all will feel connected but can have plenty of room. The screened-in porch on the back of the home is a great spot for al-fresco dining morning and evening. There is a queen bedroom on the first floor.
The second floor is where you will find the remaining guest bedrooms and sleeping spaces; two master bedrooms, a bunk room, and a space with a queen bed. There are balconies on the front and back of the home offering unique views of the nature preserve. One of our favorite features of this home is the bed swing on the screened-in second floor balcony – it is the absolute best spot to nap, listen to a storm roll in, or read a good mystery-thriller book. Additionally, this home offers a golf cart that makes zipping around Watercolor a breeze!
